IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Azure and AWS regions

  and ensure smooth cloud operations using Python scripting.
• Provide

  client support

  through calls, AnyDesk, and WhatsApp.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain strong client communication and deliver an excellent support experience.
• Collaborate with internal production and technical teams.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of

  Python scripting

  for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with

  AWS / Azure cloud computing

  is preferred.
• Educational background in

  Computer Science, Animation, VFX, or related fields

  is a plus.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
