IT Support – Fresher - Male

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Fresher who is eager to start a career in IT infrastructure and technical support. The role involves assisting in day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing networks, and supporting employees in resolving technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other office devices.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
• Support in user account creation, password resets, and email setup.
• Help in maintaining IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
• Ensure timely response to tickets, calls, and emails raised by employees.
• Follow IT policies, security guidelines, and documentation practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux / Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Wi-Fi).
• Understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Eligibility

• Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,719.02 - ₹15,360.06 per month
