Role: IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator

Location: Janakpuri

Full-time | Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 Per month

Experience: 1–3 years

Are you passionate about IT support, system administration, and solving technical challenges? We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator to join our team. You’ll manage and support our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, firewalls, VPNs, and provide end-user support.

• Manage Office 365 / Microsoft Cloud (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Handle Windows Server (2016/2019/2022): AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Configure and manage firewalls and VPN connections
• Provide desktop and end-user support (Windows/Mac, apps, hardware, printers, peripherals)
• Ensure system security, uptime, backups, and patching
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and ticketing system

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Windows Server, firewalls, and VPNs
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Strong troubleshooting and remote support skills
• Degree/diploma in IT/CS (certifications like MCSA, Microsoft 365, CompTIA+, NSE are a plus)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

• Experience in MSP environments or small/mid-size businesses
• Supporting remote users across time zones
• Knowledge of cloud backups, MDM, or endpoint security tools

• Work with modern IT infrastructure
• Exposure to a wide range of technologies
