Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT systems, performing system administration tasks, and assisting with help desk support on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Information Technology skills
Troubleshooting and System Administration skills
Help Desk Support skills
Experience with IT support in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus

Note : Field work is required between Borivali to Andheri location & candidate must own a 2 wheeler with DL
