IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, software, and networks to ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks, providing technical support to users through various channels, and installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems. You will be required to troubleshoot technical issues by utilizing remote support, on-site visits, and working closely with clients. Installation and configuration of computer hardware and software systems, including setting up new accounts, configuring network devices, and installing new software, will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and maintaining computer networks to ensure stability and security, providing customer support, documenting technical fixes and troubleshooting steps, and managing inventory of hardware and software assets are key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong technical skills with in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills to interact with users, outstanding customer service skills, and analytical skills to identify root causes of problems are essential for success in this role. Continuous learning and staying updated on the latest IT technologies and best practices are also expected. This is a full-time position based in Patna, Bihar. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of total work experience is preferred. The benefits include Provident Fund.
