Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
support
for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both on-premises and remote.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows & mac operating system
.
Perform system upgrades, Laptop/Device drivers update, and routine maintenance.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Support end-users with installation and configuration of standard applications (MS Office, browsers, Antivirus etc.).
Handle
peripheral devices
setup and maintenance (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.).
Maintain
IT asset inventory
and update documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience
in desktop or IT support roles.
Hands-on experience with
Windows 10/11 and Linux.
Good understanding of
networking fundamentals
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with
ticketing systems
and
remote support tools
.
Strong
troubleshooting and problem-solving
skills.
Excellent
communication
.
