IT Strategic Sourcing

As a Sr Analyst - Strategic Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process by reviewing purchase requisitions, sourcing vendors, processing RFx, preparing comparatives, and finalizing vendors. You will also be responsible for contracting, creating purchase orders, and demonstrating a solid understanding of legal terminology to draft and revise contracts with vendors. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective negotiating strategies aligned with business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating global agreements - Managing IT category procurement - Building effective relationships with stakeholders through strong communication and interpersonal skills - Influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive agenda - Collaborating effectively with colleagues at all corporate levels - Demonstrating strong business acumen and knowledge - Utilizing advanced MS Excel/MS Office skills - Collecting, collating, and representing data effectively - Solving problems and analyzing data to formulate action plans - Maintaining a customer-centric mindset and prioritizing user experience - Multi-tasking and responding effectively to challenges in a fast-paced environment - Planning and prioritizing workload efficiently To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and contracting - Any graduation with relevant experience in strategic sourcing for IT If you have experience in integrated supply chain management software such as GEP Smart or Oracle, it will be considered a plus. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating the vendor database, identifying and escalating risks or issues, and executing purchase operations accurately and in compliance with company policies.
