IT Strategic Sourcing (global procurement)

As a Senior Analyst in Strategic Sourcing, you will be responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and understanding the detailed requirements. You will be involved in the sourcing process, processing RFx, preparing comparisons, and finalizing vendors. Additionally, you will be tasked with contracting and creating purchase orders post approval of PR. A key aspect of your role will be to demonstrate a solid grasp of legal terminology and draft or revise various contracts with vendors. Proficiency in integrated supply chain management software such as GEP Smart or Oracle is advantageous. Identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and devising plans for implementing these improvements will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be managing vendors in terms of onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluation, and contract compliance. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop an effective negotiation strategy aligned with business requirements to maximize value based on performance is crucial. Maintaining and updating the vendor database, recognizing and escalating risks and issues, and executing the full lifecycle for purchase operations accurately and in compliance with company policies are key tasks. Your role will entail drafting, reviewing, and negotiating global agreements, along with IT category management experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish strong relationships with stakeholders. Influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive agendas, being a team player across all corporate levels, possessing a strong business understanding, and advanced MS Excel/MS Office skills are vital. Strong data collection, collation, and representation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills are required to interpret data, diagnose problems, and formulate action plans. Having a customer-centric mindset, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work well under pressure while prioritizing workload efficiently are crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have 3-6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and contracting, along with a relevant degree in any field with experience in IT strategic sourcing.,
