Job Description

You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through calls and chats. Your main focus will be to understand customers" IT needs and recommend suitable service plans or software solutions. Meeting monthly sales targets and providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) will be essential in this role. - Excellent communication skills in English are a must. - Previous experience in tech sales or support would be advantageous. - Background in technical support and a minimum of 1 year of experience would be considered a plus. - The work location for this position is in Mohali, India. Please note that this job involves night shifts and the ability to work in person.,
