IT Solution Architect- Salesforce

As a key contributor at Siemens Energy, you will collaborate with business teams to implement innovative solutions, focusing on both Salesforce and external platforms. With demonstrated ability in Salesforce solutioning, you will apply your expertise in integration, data migration, and reporting tools to deliver end-to-end technical solutions while mentoring team members. Your strong analytical skills and knowledge of cloud computing will drive impactful results in our customer relationship management initiatives. - Collaborate with business team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic etc.) - Provide Solution components that are outside of the Salesforce platform - Work on various Integration and Data Migration tools - Handle various reporting tools - Provide end to end technical solutions - Support users with your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Mentor the resources, take on leadership roles to expand overall practice capabilities, etc. - Additional skills include oracle cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ and Integrations using ETL You should have: - 8 years of hands-on experience in solutioning Salesforce - Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university - Strong skills in providing Cloud Computing solutions cloud computing strategy, systems design, data modeling, implementation, and management - Experience in Cloud Communities and VF Sites - Hands-on experience in Visualforce, Aura, and LWC - Capability to understand 100% of the functional and technical topics - Experience in Lightning Web Components and familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies - Excellent knowledge of reporting tools and their technicalities - Programming Languages: APEX, Visualforce, familiar with Copado - Excellent communications, interpersonal skills, and ability to help customers find the right solution (not the obvious/easy one) In Value Center CRM at Siemens Energy, comprehensive customer relationship management, project management, and project execution solutions are delivered to enable business partners to better support end customers.
