As a key contributor at Siemens Energy, you will collaborate with business teams to implement innovative solutions, focusing on both Salesforce and external platforms. With demonstrated ability in Salesforce solutioning, you will apply your expertise in integration, data migration, and reporting tools to deliver end-to-end technical solutions while mentoring team members. Your strong analytical skills and knowledge of cloud computing will drive impactful results in our customer relationship management initiatives. You will be responsible to collaborate with the business team to determine the best way to implement solutions, including decisions around declarative vs. programmatic approaches. Providing solution components outside of the Salesforce platform, working on various Integration and Data Migration tools, handling various reporting tools, and offering end-to-end technical solutions will be part of your responsibilities. Your support using excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial, along with mentoring resources and taking on leadership roles to enhance overall practice capabilities. Additional skills in Oracle Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Integrations using ETL are desired. You should have 8 years of hands-on experience in solutioning Salesforce, a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university, and proficiency in providing Cloud Computing solutions including cloud computing strategy, systems design, data modeling, implementation, and management. Experience in Cloud Communities and VF Sites, proficiency in Visualforce, Aura, and LWC, understanding of functional and technical topics, knowledge in lightning web components and multiple implementation standards, expertise in reporting tools and their technicalities, and familiarity with programming languages such as APEX, Visualforce, and Copado are essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to assist customers in finding the right solution are also required.
