Job Description

As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will provide internal 1st line IT Support for ProPharma staff, providing an excellent customer experience relating to incidents and faults with end-user technology equipment and services.

Essential Functions:

Monitor and provide level 1 support within the global service desk ticketing system.
Triage tickets to the appropriate teams or designated technicians.
Monitor critical line voicemails.
Prioritize tickets based on system priority and urgency.
Ask questions to troubleshoot the nature of the problem.
Follow up on tickets to ensure issues are resolved.
Keep good records of communications with colleagues.
Identify and suggest areas for possible improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
