Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management
• IT Troubleshooting
• Remote IT support
• Communication with our internal customers regarding requests, incidents, problems, and changes.
• Communicate effectively with end users in all stages of the incident management process.
• Communicating with the direct leadership chain on intra-day issues, team project needs, escalations, and performance trending.
• Keep up to date knowledge on continuous enhancements to IT, tools, and processes within the internal knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of Experience in IT Service Desk Team (1st and 2nd level)
• Technical skills for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft365, Windows Clients, Citrix, and general network & firewall skills.
• In-Depth knowledge of troubleshooting.
• Prioritization and time management.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Effective in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to retain information and be a fast learner.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Attention to detailing.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Must be open to feedback.
