IT Service Analyst

As an IT Service Analyst at UST, your role will involve possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers. You are expected to have the ability to assess and understand complex customer issues within a broader context and adhere to SOPs while escalating incidents within defined SLAs.
