Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain, monitor, manage, and right-size the IT environment using industry-standard virtualization and OS tools in collaboration with service providers.
Manage servers across various operating systems, including Windows and Linux, ensuring installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades are performed to enhance performance and reliability.
Support technologies such as Active Directory, DFS, Terminal Servers, and file server migrations, along with DNS, DHCP, and virtualization software like VMware and Hyper-V.
Develop scripts and automation tools using PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible to streamline operations.
Manage SLAs, KPIs, upgrades, patching, and security vulnerabilities.
Research and implement new hardware and software technologies in the infrastructure space.
Ensure effective IT change management execution, adhering to ITIL framework and company standards, including participation in regional Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Skills Required:

Strong experience with Wintel, Hyper-V, VMware
Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure and Project Leadership
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Linux/Windows server environments
Familiarity with scripting/automation tools like PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible
Good knowledge of Backup and Storage solutions
Adherence to ITIL processes and Change Management frameworks
