Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) environment, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Provide Level 1 support for XenApp and XenDesktop environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues related to application deployment, user authentication, and infrastructure management.
Develop documentation for procedures, workflows, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Desired Candidate Profile

4 - 8 years of experience in Citrix administration with expertise in PVS.
Strong understanding of XenApp and XenDesktop technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory integration.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively at all levels.
