IT Security Analyst II

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop and deliver high-impact security awareness materials, including videos, interactive modules, infographics, and campaign toolkits.
• Conduct live and digital training sessions tailored for different audiences, ensuring content is accessible and engaging.
• Explain complex security concepts in simple terms for non-technical audiences, tailoring tone and messaging for different departments and leadership levels.
• Identify high-risk employee groups and develop targeted awareness programs to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Compliance, and leadership to drive security awareness and influence behavior across teams and seniority levels.
• Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI to analyze data, drive insights, and support continuous improvement in security awareness programs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong organization and time management skills.
• Work independently to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results.

• Experience delivering both live and digital training sessions tailored for different audiences.
• Understanding of security fundamentals: phishing, malware, social engineering, password hygiene, etc.
• Ability to identify high-risk employee groups.
• Skilled in tools like Excel and Power BI to drive insights and support continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to articulate messages effectively through presentations.
• Experience with SharePoint editing and management.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with awareness platforms (Ninjio, KnowB4, Cofense, Proofpoint).
• Security certifications like SSAP or CompTIA Security+.
• Familiarity with advanced design and video tools.
• Understanding of behavioral change models and adult learning theory.
• Experience working in global teams or multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Automate).
