IT Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Representative with an MBA background to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for technology sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Promote and sell Techmates’ solutions and services, including cloud, cybersecurity, staffing, and IT infrastructure offerings.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines for reporting and forecasting.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and events to represent the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related specialization (mandatory).
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B or IT solution sales (Fresh MBAs with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of IT products, cloud services, and software licensing is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
