Job Title: IT Sales Executive / IT Sales Manager (4+ Years Experience)

Profile Summary: Results-driven IT Sales professional with over 4 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions, software, and IT services. Skilled in identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets. Adept at understanding client needs, creating customized IT solutions, and working closely with technical teams to deliver value-driven results. Strong communicator with expertise in consultative selling, market analysis, and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, lead generation, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in software, cloud solutions, hardware, or IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of technology solutions and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Preferred Industry Exposure: IT Services & Consulting SaaS / Cloud Solutions Networking & Infrastructure Solutions

Salary Offered: For Sales Ex:-upto 25k

Sales Manager:- Upto 35k
