Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Agami in Mumbai & Gurgaon, you will play a vital role in leading regional sales territory and sales development activities to align with the company's strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include retaining current customers, attracting new customers, learning and selling current and new products, keeping updated on new technologies, recommending changes, and achieving sales goals in targeted markets. You must possess knowledge in IT Software sales, particularly in CRM, SAAS, CASSA, and B2B, along with experience in at least 2 verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Education, Healthcare, or BPO. Your main duties will involve prospecting and closing sales leads to drive company revenue, developing and evaluating the sales strategy, supporting the learning and development of the sales team, coordinating with sales representatives, tracking and reporting sales activities, and executing sales strategies through market analysis. You will be expected to set compelling goals, hold the team accountable for results, motivate others, build strong relationships internally and externally, communicate effectively, and demonstrate high energy, endurance, and intensity in your work. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration, possess 3 to 5 years of experience selling multiple software products and services into key accounts, excel in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, exhibit superb leadership abilities, be willing to travel, demonstrate a proven success rate above quotas, plan and implement sales strategies effectively, build relationships at the C or VP level, follow a consultative sales approach, and have strong business vertical domain expertise in at least 2 verticals. This is a full-time job that offers benefits like Provident Fund with a day shift schedule.
