Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Intern (IT Domain) who has basic knowledge of sales and IT concepts, along with excellent communication skills. The intern will support our sales team in lead generation, client communication, and business development activities while gaining hands-on experience in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads.
• Conduct market research to understand IT service trends and client needs.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication.
• Maintain and update CRM/sales databases with accurate information.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand solutions and align them with client requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, demos, and follow-ups as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
