IT Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and acquiring international clients, promoting our IT services and solutions, and driving revenue growth across global markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities from international markets through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead databases.
• Present and pitch IT services (such as software development, app/web development, IT consulting, etc.) to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable technology solutions to meet their business goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with sales activities, pipeline status, and client communication.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and global market dynamics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in IT services or software sales (international markets preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT solutions, software development lifecycle, and tech terminology.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and cold outreach tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
