Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and acquiring international clients, promoting our IT services and solutions, and driving revenue growth across global markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities from international markets through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead databases. Present and pitch IT services (such as software development, app/web development, IT consulting, etc.) to potential clients. Understand client needs and suggest suitable technology solutions to meet their business goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and close deals efficiently. Maintain and update CRM tools with sales activities, pipeline status, and client communication. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and global market dynamics. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of proven sales experience in IT services or software sales (international markets preferred). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Knowledge of IT solutions, software development lifecycle, and tech terminology. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and cold outreach tools. Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience in selling to US, UK, or other international clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Flexible to work in different time zones as needed. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
