Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for IT solutions, including software and website services. Identify and prospect new business opportunities, with a strong focus on fintech clients. Promote fintech solutions such as pay-in and pay-out services, ensuring they align with client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Lead product presentations and demos, effectively communicating the value of IT and fintech services. Negotiate deals to ensure successful closures and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to align on client requirements and deliver the best solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in IT and fintech, to identify new growth areas and maintain a competitive edge. Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates and reports on progress. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT sales, specifically in software and website services. Experience in the fintech industry, particularly in pay-in and pay-out solutions, is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field is preferred.
