Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite / Field Work)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to generate qualified leads
• Schedule and deliver online or in-person product demos
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions
• Conduct field visits for client meetings and demonstrations when required
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Record all lead activities, follow-ups, and progress in CRM or assigned formats
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and meet monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in client calling, demo presentations, and lead follow-ups
• Prior field sales experience is preferred
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and confident in achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
• Graduate in any discipline
