Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own and drive
Salesforce services and solution sales
across North America (CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations).
Build and execute
sales strategy
for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Lead
end-to-end sales cycle
: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and closures.
Position
offshore and hybrid delivery models
effectively to clients.
Develop and grow
key accounts
, ensuring long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.
Collaborate closely with
delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams
to ensure solution alignment.
Build and mentor a
high-performing sales and pre-sales team
.
Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and meet quarterly and annual targets.
Represent the organization in
client meetings, conferences, and partner ecosystems
.

Preferred candidate profile

12 - 15 years of experience in
IT services / software sales
, with strong Salesforce focus.
Proven success selling
Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services
.
Strong exposure to
North American clients
and time-zone aligned selling.
Experience selling
offshore delivery and staff augmentation models
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, partners, and licensing models.
Strategic mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability.

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications or partner exposure.
Experience working with ISVs, SaaS, or system integrators.
Strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem.
