IT Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident IT Sales Coordinator to join our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, managing bidding platforms, and coordinating with internal teams to generate and nurture leads. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and professional platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
• Assist in preparing, submitting, and following up on proposals and bids for IT projects.
• Maintain accurate client records and update lead tracking systems or CRMs.
• Coordinate between clients, sales executives, and the technical team to ensure smooth communication.
• Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and project coordination.
• Monitor bidding portals, identify relevant opportunities, and help prepare winning proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT sales, bidding, or business development (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Good understanding of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
