IT Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end technical hiring across domains such as software development, data engineering, cloud, and emerging tech roles.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to define skill requirements, design assessments, and ensure strong technical-fit hires.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet aggressive manpower requirements within defined timelines.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with department heads and leadership to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Establish and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and campus partners for bulk and specialized hiring drives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights to optimize sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in bulk and volume hiring for IT Roles.
• Proven experience in leading a recruitment team and managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency.
