Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify top technical talent for various roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, IT support).
Review resumes and conduct initial screening of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Assess candidates technical skills using appropriate interview methods (technical tests, coding challenges, etc.).
Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends to effectively identify qualified candidates.
Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain candidate engagement.
Ensure timely follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers to close positions.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate experience, etc.).
Promote the company's employer brand and assist in recruitment marketing initiatives.
