About The Job: Roles and Responsibilities Experience in end-to-end recruitment. Client interaction & delivering technical resources around Networking, Core Java, Testing/ automation: Python scripting, Python Developer, C/C++, Linux/Windows Developer, etc Strong sales attitude to successfully deliver resources to meet revenue targets. Good understanding of core engineering and IT roles, and technologies in a corporate world to intelligently understand the client needs Ability to use advanced search techniques, including social networking, professional networking sites, and Google string searches. Understanding and experience with contract IT staffing. Effective communication and negotiation skills to impress top talent.
