Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and European markets
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing, sourcing, screening.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in alignment with company policies.
Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-find talent, ideally across IT, non-IT, or specialist roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
