IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by assisting in various stages such as sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and attracting top IT talent using methods like job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation. - Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information. - Providing support in drafting and posting job descriptions and advertisements. - Assisting in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. The ideal candidate for this role should preferably hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 1 year of recruiting experience with a total of 3 years of work experience.
