We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT and Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various non-technical positions. Working closely with hiring managers, you will play a key role in understanding their staffing needs and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions to attract potential candidates. Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and referrals, you will screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for the roles. Your role will involve scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, as well as maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep candidate information accurate. Building and nurturing a pipeline of qualified candidates for present and future opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Guiding and supporting candidates throughout the interview process, you will conduct reference checks and assist in negotiating job offers. Staying informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices is essential to excel in this role.
