CTC: Up to ₹5,10,000 per annum (for experienced position)

Job Description:

ProvaanTech is seeking dynamic IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Pune. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition, client management, and end-to-end recruitment across full-time, contract, and freelancing roles. The right candidates should have strong networking skills, proven ability to deliver closures on a monthly basis, and the confidence to manage vendor and client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for full-time, contract, and freelancing positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (portals, networking, references, social media, etc.).
• Manage vendor empanelment and maintain professional relationships with recruitment partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Track and achieve monthly closure targets.
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports for internal tracking.

Requirements:

• For Senior Recruiter: Minimum 3+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• For Intern Recruiter: Fresher or entry-level candidate with strong interest in IT recruitment.
• Proven experience in handling diverse job types (full-time, contract, freelancing).
• Good knowledge of sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking abilities and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
