About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT positions with a focus on
vanilla skills
(Java,C++ .NET, Testing, Support, etc.)
Manage
bulk hiring mandates
and recruitment drives as per business requirements.
Source candidates using various channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers in alignment with internal compensation structures.

Key Requirements:

2-4 years of relevant experience in
IT recruitment
.
Strong experience in
vanilla skills hiring
and handling
bulk hiring drives
.
Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment portals is preferred.
