About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at Pratiti Technologies . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring vanilla IT skills and managing bulk hiring drives . This role demands strong sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for IT positions with a focus on vanilla skills (Java,C++ .NET, Testing, Support, etc.) Manage bulk hiring mandates and recruitment drives as per business requirements. Source candidates using various channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding. Negotiate salary and finalize offers in alignment with internal compensation structures. Key Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment . Strong experience in vanilla skills hiring and handling bulk hiring drives . Excellent sourcing and networking abilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requirements. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment portals is preferred. Why Join Us?
