Roles and Responsibilities Understand job descriptions and technical requirements from hiring managers. Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial HR screening, evaluate tech skills, and schedule interviews. Coordinate interview feedback and manage candidate communication. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Update recruitment reports and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Key Skills Required Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc. Understanding of technical terms like Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, SQL, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
