Job Title: Senior SEO Consultant (5 to 8 Years of Experience) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven SEO Consultant with over 5 years of expertise, specializing in driving organic growth, search engine optimization strategies, and technical SEO within an Information Technology or Software Company background. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SEO landscape and have a solid grasp of B2B business dynamics. As a Senior SEO Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance our online visibility and ensure our website ranks at the top of search engine results for targeted keywords, particularly within the IT and software sectors. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute data-driven SEO strategies tailored to B2B environments in the technology/software sectors, with a focus on organic traffic generation, lead conversions, and brand visibility. Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) to identify high-impact keywords and optimize content across various platforms. On-Page SEO Optimization: Lead on-page SEO initiatives, ensuring proper content optimization, meta tags, keyword density, and the effective use of internal linking to drive better rankings. Technical SEO Expertise: Conduct regular site audits, monitor website performance, and identify technical issues that could affect SEO, including page speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, and schema markup. B2B Focus: Develop and implement SEO tactics that align with B2B sales funnels, from generating inbound traffic to nurturing leads for conversion, ensuring content is optimized for decision-makers and influencers. Content Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create engaging and optimized content, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and addresses the target audience's needs. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement. Competitor Analysis: Regularly perform competitive SEO analysis to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest SEO and industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective. Required Qualifications: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in an IT or software company or similar B2B environments. Proven track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and how SEO ties into lead generation and sales processes. Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other relevant platforms. In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies as they relate to SEO. Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, and website optimization platforms. Experience in developing SEO reports for executive-level stakeholders and team members. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze large sets of data. Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams, including marketing, development, and sales. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
