J ob Title: Senior SAP PP Consultant (13+ Years Experience) Location: Hyderabad, India (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Experience Required: 13+ years total experience, including 8+ years in SAP PP Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior SAP PP Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, master data, and integration with other SAP modules. You will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP PP functionalities across various business units. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute SAP PP implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design robust PP solutions. Configure SAP PP modules including Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and PI Sheets. Integrate SAP PP with related modules like MM, SD, QM, and PM. Drive process improvements and automation within production planning processes. Provide expertise in master data management (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, etc.). Support end users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and SAP PP training. Develop and maintain functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. Collaborate with ABAP and cross-functional teams for solution delivery. Participate in cutover planning, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: 13+ years of total IT experience with at least 8 years in SAP PP consulting. Strong configuration and implementation knowledge in SAP PP with at least 23 full lifecycle implementations. Good understanding of discrete manufacturing and repetitive manufacturing processes. Experience in MRP, demand planning, production execution, and order settlement . Hands-on experience in integration scenarios with MM, SD, QM, and PM. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable . Ability to write functional specs and understand ABAP debugging. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad (WFO model). Preferred Qualifications: SAP PP Certification. Experience with PP-PI (Process Industries) is a plus. Domain knowledge in manufacturing, automotive, pharma, or FMCG sectors. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
