Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze technical job requirements shared by hiring managers.
Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in creating job postings and promoting them across relevant platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience

Required Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) any specialization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT terminologies (will be trained if required).
Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
