About the Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify eligible candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes to evaluate technical skills, experience, and fit for job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate technical interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS or tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions, required skills, and hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → scheduling → offer follow-up.
• Build a strong talent network for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated with current IT skills, market trends, and sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  6 months of IT recruitment experience

  (agency or corporate).
• Good understanding of common IT roles (Java, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Support, etc.).
• Experience using job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of ATS tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of technical screening tools and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills for closing candidates.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
