Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, identifying technical talent, and facilitating the hiring process. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills
• Specialization in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
