Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT) with 1-3 years of experience to join our HR team. This role is essential in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent to support our companys growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT job roles, technical recruitment strategies, and modern hiring tools.

As part of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process, engaging with potential candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach

    – Identify and attract IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment

    – Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Technical Hiring Support

    – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for IT roles.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment

    – Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills and culture fit.
  • Employer Branding

    – Help promote the company as an employer of choice by engaging in career fairs, tech events, and social media recruitment initiatives.
  • Pipeline Management

    – Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • HR & Recruitment Metrics

    – Track and report key hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment

    , preferably in technical hiring or talent acquisition.
  • Basic understanding of IT job roles

    , programming languages, and industry trends.
  • Experience with ATS

    (Applicant Tracking Systems),

    LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards

    (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Boolean search, X-ray search, and passive candidate sourcing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    for candidate engagement and coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage

    multiple hiring needs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
