Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
process sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation.
Specialize in
contract staffing / lateral hiring
across multiple IT domains.
Build strong pipelines of candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver within timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Provide an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years
of experience in
IT recruitment
, with focus on
contract hiring

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
