Role Description

IT Recruiter & Training Sales Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is persuasive, confident on the phone, and passionate about helping candidates launch or grow their IT careers in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Conduct high-volume outreach to international students and work-authorized professionals via phone, email, and social platforms
• Pitch and 

  enroll candidates

   into our technical training programs (e.g., Data Engineering, Python, AWS, etc.)
• Understand each candidate’s background and career goals to recommend suitable training tracks
• Work closely with the training and placement teams to ensure successful completion and project onboarding
• Maintain and update candidate pipeline using internal CRM/ATS tools
• Follow up regularly to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to trainees
• Assist in resume marketing and client submission coordination post-training
