Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical positions, while building a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for IT and technical roles. Source potential candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and role suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidates and interviews in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Stay updated on current recruiting trends, technology, and labor market conditions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition. Strong understanding of various IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, system admins, cybersecurity specialists). Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously. Lead Recruiter, It Recruitement
