IT Quality Sr Analyst (Payment Domain)

As an IT Quality Senior Analyst at Citigroup, you will be a seasoned professional with in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and processes within the IT Quality function. Your role will involve integrating subject matter expertise within a defined area, understanding how different areas collectively integrate within the sub-function, and contributing to the overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, making recommendations for solutions and improvements. - Conducting complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments, reporting issues and recommending solutions. - Ensuring project standards and procedures are documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle, making recommendations for enhanced documentation. - Monitoring products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures, identifying risks, and recommending solutions. - Documenting findings, performing root cause analyses, and independently recommending solutions and improvements to existing standards and procedures. - Ensuring all corrective actions are assigned, documented, and completed, verifying traceability in project work products, and creating reports on quality metrics. - Acting as an advisor and mentor for junior team members, making evaluative judgments based on factual information, and providing solutions to problems. - Exhibiting a sound understanding of technical concepts and principles, basic commercial awareness, and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills. Qualifications: - 10-12 years of experience in an IT Quality role. - Demonstrated execution capabilities. - Development experience in a fast-paced, time-to-market driven environment. - Experience with test automation, test scenario and test scripts creation and modification, writing complex queries, reporting tools, and testing automation tools. - Project management experience preferred. Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
