IT Quality Sr Analyst

As an IT Quality Senior Analyst at Citigroup, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of IT processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, providing recommendations for solutions and improvements. - Conducting complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments, reporting issues, and making recommendations for solutions. - Ensuring project standards and procedures are clearly documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle, and making recommendations for enhanced documentation. - Monitoring products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures, identifying risks, and recommending solutions. - Documenting findings, performing root cause analyses, and providing recommended improvements. - Collaborating with other technology areas to develop new standards and procedures. - Mentoring junior team members and providing advisory services. - Making evaluative judgments based on analysis of information and providing solutions to problems. - Ensuring quality metrics are gathered, maintained, and reported. - Performing other duties and functions as assigned. Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in an IT Quality role. - Demonstrated execution capabilities. - Development experience in a fast-paced, time-to-market driven environment. - Experience with test automation, test scenario and test scripts creation and modification. - Comfortable with writing complex queries. - Experience with reporting tools. - Hands-on experience with testing automation tools. - Project management experience preferred. Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
