Position - IT Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized

Project Manager

with

2 to 4 years of experience

to join our growing team. This role will involve managing multiple projects across

Web/Mobile Applications

and

Salesforce implementations

, with an added advantage if youre aware of the evolving

AI landscape

You ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. Exceptional communication and multitasking skills are a must, as you ll be coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and possibly clients across several initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, across Web, Mobile, and Salesforce platforms.
Liaise between technical teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Track progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure project documentation, status reports, and deliverables are well-maintained.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
Stay updated on trends in AI and assess opportunities to incorporate AI elements into projects when applicable.

Requirements:

2 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in tech-focused environments.
Proven experience managing Web and/or Mobile application development projects.
Exposure to Salesforce projects is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Awareness of current trends and developments in AI technologies is a plus.
PMP or similar certification is a bonus, but not required.
