Client IT Project Manager

• Act as the

  single point of contact

  for client IT, business, and security stakeholders.
• Lead project kick-off, governance meetings, and periodic status reviews.
• Manage expectations, risks, escalations, and dependencies proactively.
• Coordinate with client vendors (TPAs, SIs, internal IT teams) for integrations and access.

• Project Delivery & Governance

• Own end-to-end delivery from

  Sales handover Go-live Hypercare

• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Drive execution against agreed

  Scope of Work (SoW)

  and payment milestones.
• Track risks, issues, decisions, and change requests using standard PM artifacts.
• Ensure adherence to delivery SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documentation standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Product & Engineering teams for configuration and custom development
• QA teams for test planning, UAT coordination, and defect closure
• DevOps teams for environment readiness and deployments
• Customer Success teams for post-go-live handover
• Ensure smooth handoffs across phases with clear acceptance criteria.

Process, Quality & Compliance

• Enforce structured processes for onboarding, integrations, UAT, and go-live.
• Ensure compliance with client

  InfoSec

  and internal security standards

• Maintain delivery documentation including:
• Discovery inputs
• Fitment and configuration documents
• UAT sign-offs and release notes
• Support audits, VAPT cycles, and compliance reviews when required.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must-Have

• 610 years of experience in IT project management or technical program management.
• Experience delivering enterprise software / SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile / hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multi-threaded workstreams.

• Good to Have

• Prior experience in insurance, BFSI, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to Django / React / API-based platforms (high-level understanding).
• Experience handling integrations, data migration, and third-party dependencies.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts (Docker, CI/CD, cloud environments).
• PMP / Agile certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
