IT Project Manager

As an experienced IT Project Manager in the IT services industry, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple IT projects efficiently. Your primary role will involve planning, executing, and delivering projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline to ensure top-notch service delivery to clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management within the service industry. - Collaborating with clients to understand and outline IT requirements, scope, and objectives effectively. - Possessing a strong technical background in areas such as Web Development with expertise in platforms like Wordpress, Laravel, PHP, Shopify, Node, and React. - Coordinating internal resources seamlessly to ensure flawless project execution. - Developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and managing changes effectively. - Providing regular project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and overall progress. - Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with third-party vendors. - Conducting risk management activities to mitigate project risks successfully. - Experience in managing technical teams to drive project success. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Proven experience in IT project coordination/management or software development. - Proficiency in at least one or two of the following technologies: Wordpress, Laravel, PHP, Shopify, Node, or React. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Understanding of IT project management methodologies and relevant tools. - Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field preferred. - Proficiency with project management software such as Project Manager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc. - Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous. - Ability to review and define coding structures would be a plus (not mandatory).
