IT Project Intmd Analyst

As an IT Project Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of an IT project team, identifying necessary resources, and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines. You will collaborate in the development of project business and system requirements, develop requirement documentation, and communicate with project staff and clients regarding project status. Your role will also involve utilizing project management tools for project status tracking, metrics, and estimates, as well as contributing to process improvement efforts. Your qualifications for this role include 2-5 years of experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience. A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required for this position. In this role, you will apply a good understanding of IT project leadership procedures and concepts, as well as basic knowledge of other technical areas. You will evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards, and provide guidance to new or lower-level analysts. Your ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information and resolve problems will have a direct impact on the business, ensuring the quality of work provided by yourself and others. Your communication and diplomacy skills will be crucial in exchanging ideas and information in a concise and logical manner. Additionally, you will need to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
